A brand-new Brookfield master-planned community is coming to Menifee right next to Heritage High School and just north of Heritage Lake. This project will bring over 1,700 new homes to the area, making it slightly smaller than Audie Murphy Ranch but larger than Legado, two of the biggest developments in the city.
