Here is satellite look at Tropical Storm Debby as the sun goes down. It sure has the look. Classic 'S' shape. Intense convection near center. It has low shear, hot water, a northern loop eddy, MJO, moist air, all fueling in front of our eyes. Time is the one thing it does not have. But heading west has bought it some more compared to yesterday. Hurricane Debby officially now expected. But how strong? We all know to watch these close.
