The Mayor's Office held it's second overdose response listening session in the West Baltimore community recently affected by a mass overdose incident

West Baltimore neighbors gathered for an open discussion on overdoses, a week after 27 people were hospitalized in a mass overdose incident in Penn North. "It was disheartening," said community member Donald Young.

Police and fire responded to a neighborhood "in reference to multiple individuals experiencing overdose symptoms".
