That is because, according to a report from RetailDive.com, Walmart is adding $25,000 in annual stock grants to its compensation package for its market managers. Per the site, that means they can receive up to $100,000 in stock grants each year.

Store managers will also be getting a raise. The current average salary for store managers of $117,000 will be raised to $128,000. They would also be eligible for annual bonuses as high as 200% of base salary.
