New England’s Jerod Mayo and Jacksonville’s Doug Pederson are two NFL coaches out of a job while New York Giants coach Brian Daboll is among those who look like they will be back next fall.

NFL regular season complete, it's time to move into offseason mode for 18 of the NFL's 32 teams. Realistically, some of them have already done so -- especially those that have made changes at the head coach or general manager positions.

After finishing the 2024 season with a 3-14 record, the New York Giants will have the No. 3 pick in the 2025 NFL draft, and it sounds like they're hoping
