The PGA Tour announced on Friday that the Genesis Invitational will be moved from the Riviera Country Club to Torrey Pines on Feb. 13-16.

Riviera Country Club sits right in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood of Los Angeles, which was devastated by a fire earlier this month.

The tour announced Friday that the San Diego venue—which is the backdrop for this week’s Farmers Insurance Open—will serve as the temporary home to next month’s Genesis Invitational after the Genesis was forced to move from Riviera Country Club due to the wildfires in Los Angeles County.

The Genesis Invitational, scheduled for Feb. 10-16 and hosted by Tiger Woods, is moving elsewhere “out of respect for the unfolding situation.”
