Los Angeles Kings left wing Alex Turcotte led the way with three points during their victory over the Vancouver Canucks on Thursday evening. Turcotte opened the scoring with a tip-in goal in the opening minute.

Turcotte put the Kings ahead 1-0 on the first shot of the game 51 seconds into the first period, beating defenseman Filip Hronek to the net on a 2-on-1 to redirect Kempe’s centering pass over the right pad of a sliding Demko.

Throughout the five-game road trip, the Los Angeles Kings have had trouble putting the puck in the net, despite the fast starts and chances generated.
