PORTLAND (WGME) -- Planned Parenthood says its patients who rely on Medicaid may have to find free care elsewhere. Planned Parenthood of Northern New England says about 27 percent of its 7,000 patients in Maine used Medicaid last year, which may no longer be possible because of the President's budget law.
