DETROIT — After injuries kept center Isaiah Stewart and guard Jaden Ivey out for the Detroit Pistons’ playoff run, the pair are expected to be ready for training camp in late September, president of basketball operations Trajan Langdon said in a press conference on Tuesday.

The Pistons played the entire Knicks series without the services of injured players Jaden Ivey and Isaiah Stewart.

In the new batch of NBA mock drafts after the first round, Chaz Lanier is still a popular name connected to the Pistons.

For the first time since the 2020 offseason, the Detroit Pistons are free from the ‘Stepien Rule,’ which prevented them from trading first-round picks in consecutive drafts.

Lanier, who is the No. 37 pick overall, played one season with Tennessee as a fifth-year student after four seasons at North Florida.
