Toyota Motor (NYSE:TM) announced significant changes to its board structure on Tuesday. The Japanese automaker is looking to bring in more diverse views and give a larger role to auditors.

I got lucky and found a 3 month old 23 with 1,400 miles on it. I think Toyota screwed up with the 24 models, they cheapened them in many ways, crap engine, thinner frame, less underbody protection.
