Attorney General Pam Bondi is standing by the Trump administration's use of the Alien Enemies Act to swiftly deport hundreds of Venezuelans, saying the country is engulfed in "modern-day warfare"

Attorney General Pam Bondi criticized judges who have struck down or paused portions of Trump’s agenda and said the Supreme Court will ultimately hear the Alien Enemies Act case.

Attorney General Pam Bondi said the Supreme Court “will get involved” in the case about the deportation of nearly 300 Venezuelan migrants. “Oh, the Supreme Court will get involved,” Bondi said on Fox News’s “Sunday Morning Futures.
