A new era is beginning in Las Vegas with John Spytek taking over as general manager and Pete Carroll returning to the NFL as head coach.

NFL Draft is certainly a unique one compared to the drafts of the past. Every team owns its first-round pick heading into the draft, the first time since the league expanded to 32 teams this has occurred at the start of the new league year.

The Titans may be locked in at No. 1, but more than half of the teams in the top 10 would be well-served to consider sliding back—whether it's to add a future first in a blockbuster or a more modest deal that brings added draft capital on Day 2. The Cleveland Browns have a number of options with the second overall pick on April 24.
