Colorado and the FTC say Greystar Real Estate and Property fraudulently advertises low rent prices to potential customers, only to add tens if not hundreds to the monthly rent cost with hidden fees.

The U.S. Federal Trade Commission has filed a lawsuit accusing property management company Greystar of swindling renters across the country out of at least $100 million using hidden fees

The U.S. Federal Trade Commission, along with the State of Colorado, filed a lawsuit against Greystar Real Estate Partners, the U.S.'s largest apartment landlord, for allegedly misleading tenants about rent.
