Urban Cookhouse, a sandwich-based chain out of Birmingham, will join Asheville-based Tupelo Honey Café and natural grocery Sprouts in the Sandy Springs Gateway complex on Roswell Road this spring.

Owned and operated by Will Gillespie, Urban Cookhouse opened its first location in downtown Homewood, Alabama, in June 2010. It also has three locations in Birmingham and one in Montgomery, Alabama.

Urban Cookhouse at 3000 Devine St. is moving to the Five Points area, according to the company’s website. The Columbia restaurant announced its move on Facebook on Monday.
