A United Launch Alliance Vulcan rocket is gearing up to carry a classified national security payload into space Tuesday night for the United States Space Force.

The United Launch Alliance 's Vulcan rocket will send the first U.S. national security mission to space on Tuesday night, sending satellites up. It's part of the United States Space Force (USSF)-106 mission. Liftoff will occur from Space Launch Complex-41 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station on Florida's Space Coast.
