The National Weather Service's forecast for today in parts of Connecticut has changed, as accumulating snow looks even less likely than before. Meteorologist Jay Engle said that the snow showers this afternoon would have little to no accumulation and should start after 2 p.m. and end before midnight tonight, with a chilly low in the evening.
