The Town of York is located in Dane County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 697 at the 2020 census. The unincorporated community of York Center is located in the town. According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 35.9 square miles, of which 35.9 square miles is land and 0.04 square miles is water.
