We found this hidden gem when we realized we needed a reservation for Red Rock Canyon (it's right down the road). It has a reasonable entrance fee, and it is well worth it. The views are incredible. …Full review by Brandon B
Yep! The official policy is that dogs are allowed at Spring Mountain Ranch State Park, but have to be kept on a leash (6' max length) when not in your vehicle.
