"Horrible. I bought a 65" tv two weeks ago along with a delivery and install and yr membership. Was suppose to be delivered today. Cleared our schedule everything was a go yesterday & last night. this morning I get an email it's cancelled the driver is sick. I call spend over an hour on the phone and they now tell me the item is not in stock. Absolute BS. Which one is it??? \nNo one knows what's going on and I'm stuck talking to a rep in South America. \nHorrible customer service and they don't know how to run a business. Horrible horrible horrible. Don't buy from them"

"Set up appointment and prepaid for installation of a new aftermarket radio I purchased elsewhere and was told by rep that rung me up they could install radio and back up camera. Had to wait a week for the appointment and when I arrived at Best Buy (Brandon Location) I was told they "would not" install the radio and back up camera that I had prepaid $308.00 to have installed. I was told by female rep at Best Buy installation that they would not install due to some people complaining they had some issues that would not work after the installation. She really did not offer any solution and stated they could give me refund. After taking my money up front and informing me they could install the aftermarket stereo/radio this is unacceptable to me and I will not shop at Best Buy ever again . Very poor service to me!! Best Buy just wants to sell you one of their expensive radios. I would recommend not going to Best Buy for anything , much less for any installation. The unit I purchased for them to install was brand new and made and designed for my vehicle."

"Honestly, the customer service has taken such a tank! They might as well close the store down employees don't give a (profanity removed). Everything is disgusting and a mess. They're sitting in the office hanging out. Don't wanna help customers not a positive work environment. Nobody has a smile. Nobody agreed to the store is a mess WOLF refuses to help customers. I will take my business to any other Best Buy then Boca raton. It's such a shame because of this location has been there forever obviously when you don't have a Manager to lead your team by example you end up with a unorganized unhappy staff. It's such a shame they've lost Terrence John and all of the other guys that really remembered their customers names, the stories that went with the products they purchased always talked about upgrading or things to make your life better."
